Review by hotel critic
The spacious room with a stunning sea view from the balcony was a definite highlight, perfect for a romantic escape. the four magnificent pools were a great touch for relaxation and enjoyment, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. However, the breakfast left much to be desired - simple and plagued by flies, it did not live up to the standard set by the rest of the hotel. the need for a makeover was apparent, with lackluster decor and outdated facilities detracting from the overall experience. the free transportation service and access to the Takurika recreational center were also appreciated, providing opportunities for entertainment and relaxation during our time at the hotel. Overall, while there were some shortcomings, GHL Corales De Indias proved to be a decent option for a getaway in Cartagena. With some improvements in service and facilities, it has the potential to be a top choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in a picturesque setting.
